"ESAS Holding Vice Chairman Emine Kamisli has established a new company " E .R. Properties" in order to develop and manage properties. Company has 500.000 YTL paid capital. The board consist of Emine Kamisli, M.Tufan Darbaz, Amir Biram and David Mayer Cohen.

Company head office is Maslak Park Plaza. Company will angage in all types of development and management projects. Namely; offices, shopping malls, housing and touristic properties. Emine Kamisli also established a company with Ali Sabanci, Demir Sabanci and Omer Sabanci last year, called ODEA Construction."
